Time Limit & Credit Type
Refund requests are applicable only to subscription-based credits and must be submitted within 3 days of your purchase.
Top-up purchase credits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Credit Usage
If you have used more than 100 subscription credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund for subscription credits, please follow the steps below:

- Provide Required Information: Please include your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
- Submit Within the Time Limit: Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your purchase.
Tip: Please note that top-up credits are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding six percent (6%) of the initial payment, and that top-up credits are not refundable

We may occasionally offer special benefits for certain subscribers (such as free or unlimited model usage). If you request a refund, it will be considered a withdrawal from the activity benefits. In this case, we will recalculate the fees based on your actual usage and compute any refundable amount accordingly. The actual consumption of computing resources shall be determined according to the backend system data.
